Mount Vernon Party Bus & Charter Bus Rentals
Mount Vernon sits right on the Westchester County line, one quick mile from the Bronx — which means the city traffic, the parking headaches, and the event-night scramble are all very real here. Stamfordpartybuscompany.com makes it fast and simple to compare party buses, minibuses, and charter buses serving Mount Vernon, so your group moves together without the stress. Fill out the quick online form or call 475-550-7200 any time to get pricing in about a minute.
The Better Way to Book a Party Bus Rental in Mount Vernon
Stamfordpartybuscompany.com is not a bus company. It does not own vehicles, and it does not provide the transportation itself. It is a quote-comparison website — one place where you can fill out a short form and instantly see pricing and vehicle options from a large network of bus companies serving Mount Vernon and the entire surrounding region.
That distinction matters to you as a planner because it means you are never stuck with one fleet or one price. You see what is actually available, compare different vehicle types and rates side by side, and find what fits your group — no account required, no callbacks to juggle, no obligation.
Whether your group is 10 people heading to a Westchester wedding venue or 50 people shuttling between Mount Vernon and Madison Square Garden for a concert, the process is the same: enter your date, group size, and pickup location, and pricing comes back in seconds. A support team is also available every day of the year at 475-550-7200 to help you work through vehicle options, sort out multi-stop itineraries, or put together a package when the online form does not quite capture everything you need.

Get the Mount Vernon Bus Amenities You Want
A 15- to 50-passenger party bus is built for nights out — perimeter seating, color-changing LED lighting, a premium sound system with Bluetooth, and flat-panel TVs make the ride part of the event itself. A minibus is the practical pick for corporate shuttles, wedding guest loops between a Mount Vernon hotel block and a Westchester venue, or field trips where comfort matters more than party features — climate control, reclining seats, and overhead storage do the heavy lifting. For bigger groups or longer hauls into Manhattan, a 40–56-passenger charter bus adds undercarriage luggage bays and onboard restrooms, which means fewer stops and no baggage confusion at drop-off.
Amenities vary by vehicle, and the comparison tool shows you exactly what is on each bus before you commit to anything. Call 475-550-7200 if you want help matching a specific amenity list to your itinerary.
Air-conditioning
Wraparound Leather Seats
AUX / Bluetooth Sound System
LED and Fiber Optic Lighting
Built-in Bar Areas With Ice Storage and Cup Holders
TVs and Entertainment Systems
Amenities listed above are common features that MAY be available on party buses. Because we are a referral website and do NOT own or operate buses, exact features vary by vehicle, provider, and availability. After you submit your quote request, you can browse vehicle options, pricing, and available details on the results page. To confirm the exact amenities included with a specific vehicle offered for your trip, call 475-550-7200 before booking.

Mount Vernon party bus rental prices shift based on vehicle size, your date, and how many hours you need. As a planning reference: a minibus typically runs $200–$275 per hour on weekdays and $200–$275 per hour on weekends, while a 25-passenger party bus runs roughly $250–$350 per hour on weekdays and $275–$375 on weekends. A full-size charter bus generally comes in at $200–$350 per hour on either day type.
Per-day rates for a 25-passenger party bus range from roughly $1,850 to $2,900, and charter bus day rates run $1,350–$2,850 depending on the vehicle and market conditions.

Find the Right Party Bus for Your Mount Vernon Group
The traditional way to find a bus in Mount Vernon involves calling four or five different companies, describing your trip each time, and waiting on callbacks that arrive at different hours with quotes that use different assumptions. Stamfordpartybuscompany.com collapses that entire process into one form. You enter your trip details once, and you see available vehicles, pricing, and photos from multiple providers serving the area — side by side, in seconds.
That also means you are never boxed in by one company's fleet. If a 28-passenger party bus fits your group better than a 25, it shows up. If your date has tight availability because it falls during a Westchester County event weekend, the system reflects that when you check, rather than after you have already cleared your schedule around a verbal estimate.
Support is available every day of the year — not just weekdays during business hours. If your group size changes two weeks before the event, or you need to add a second pickup location to the itinerary, calling 475-550-7200 gets you a real answer fast. No account needed to start, no obligation to book, and no confusing extra steps between the quote and the booking.
Group Transportation Services Available in Mount Vernon
From airport runs to wedding shuttles, prom nights to corporate event loops, Stamfordpartybuscompany.com helps you find the right bus for every occasion in Mount Vernon. Here is a look at the most common trip types the network handles across the city and Westchester County.

Mount Vernon Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Mount Vernon sits roughly 20 miles from John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) and about 15 miles from LaGuardia Airport (LGA), and Westchester County Airport (HPN) in White Plains is even closer — under 10 miles north on the Bronx River Parkway. Getting a single person to JFK on a Saturday morning is already a commitment; getting a group of 20 through that same corridor without someone missing the flight is a coordination problem.
A Mount Vernon airport shuttle bus keeps the whole group on one timeline. Everyone loads at one address, moves together, and arrives at the terminal at the same time — no staggered Ubers, no one circling the departures loop alone. For groups arriving at HPN, the Westchester County Airport shuttle guide covers the specific pickup and drop-off logistics in detail.
Call 475-550-7200 to get an airport transfer quote for your date.

Mount Vernon Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
A Mount Vernon bachelorette night typically runs south — into the Bronx for dinner, then into Manhattan for the late stops. The City Island restaurant crawl, a Fordham Road cocktail bar, then a late-night venue in Midtown or Chelsea: that three-stop itinerary covers roughly 25 miles in a city where parking does not exist and Uber pricing triples after 11pm.
A Mount Vernon bachelorette party bus rental runs on your schedule, not the transit system's. A 20- or 25-passenger party bus comes with LED lighting, a Bluetooth sound system, and perimeter seating so the group is already celebrating on the way to the first stop. No one is designated the sober navigator, and no one is paying $38 each way for a surge ride at 1am.
Call 475-550-7200 to lock in your date and get a quote.

Mount Vernon Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Westchester County has a deep culture of elaborate Sweet 16 and quinceañera celebrations, and the party bus arrival has become a standard part of the event format — especially for venues along the Hutchinson River Parkway corridor and in New Rochelle, which sits directly adjacent to Mount Vernon's eastern border.
A birthday party bus rental for a Mount Vernon Sweet 16 typically runs in the 20- to 30-passenger range, and the vehicle can be routed to pick up guests from multiple neighborhoods before arriving at the venue as a group — so the entrance is exactly what the guest of honor planned. For milestone adult birthdays with a Manhattan leg, a 25-passenger party bus running from Mount Vernon to a Midtown rooftop keeps the group together across state lines. Call 475-550-7200 to get pricing for your date.

Mount Vernon Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Most major concert venues serving Mount Vernon groups are a straight shot south into the Bronx or Manhattan — Yankee Stadium hosts stadium-level touring acts throughout the summer, and Madison Square Garden draws shows year-round. The problem is the return trip: I-87 and I-95 both funnel into the same chokepoints around the Bruckner Interchange after events, rideshare surge pricing kicks in the moment the encore ends, and groups that split into separate cars almost always end up at the hotel at different times.
A Mount Vernon concert bus rental keeps the group together from the parking lot to the front door and has a confirmed pickup point waiting when the show is done — no app refreshing, no surge calculation, no one stranded. For Yankee Stadium group transportation and Madison Square Garden charter bus rentals, the blog guides cover the specific gate-by-gate and lot-by-lot logistics. Start your concert bus rental quote now or call 475-550-7200.

Mount Vernon Corporate Event Transportation
Mount Vernon businesses regularly shuttle employees and clients into White Plains, Stamford, and Midtown Manhattan for conferences, off-site team events, and client dinners. Coordinating that movement across multiple personal vehicles — parking costs in White Plains alone can run $20–$30 per car at the downtown garages — adds up fast on a 30-person team outing.
A corporate event bus rental out of Mount Vernon puts everyone on one itinerary. A minibus handles the smaller executive transfer runs efficiently, while a full charter bus covers the bigger all-hands shuttles between corporate campuses in the I-287 corridor. Employees arrive together, on time, without anyone burning an hour looking for parking in an unfamiliar garage.
Call 475-550-7200 to discuss group rates and recurring shuttle contracts.

Mount Vernon Private Event Transportation Services
Family reunions, church retreats, graduation parties, and community organization outings all run into the same logistical wall in Mount Vernon: the city has limited event parking downtown, and coordinating 40 people across private cars always means someone is 30 minutes late. A Mount Vernon private event bus rental solves that before the event even starts — one pickup, one arrival, one departure time.
The Bronx River Parkway corridor and the Hutchinson River Parkway are both accessible directly from Mount Vernon, which makes day-trip runs to Westchester parks, Hudson Valley attractions, or North Jersey event spaces straightforward in a full-size charter bus. For multi-stop private events spread across two or three venues in the same day, a minibus is often the more maneuverable fit. Call 475-550-7200 to describe your itinerary and get a same-day quote.

Mount Vernon Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Mount Vernon High School, the Academy School, and the Mount Vernon City School District send graduating classes to prom venues across Westchester County and into lower Connecticut every spring. Prom season runs from late April through late May — a tight six-week window where every party bus in Westchester County is committed, and availability on peak Saturday nights disappears weeks before the event.
For prom: book by January. Waiting until March to confirm the bus almost guarantees you are looking at premium pricing or limited vehicle selection. A Mount Vernon prom party bus rental secured in January versus one booked in April can be several hundred dollars apart on the same night.
Call 475-550-7200 now to check availability for your prom date — do not leave it to chance.

Mount Vernon School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Mount Vernon City School District runs field trip transportation needs across a city of 68,000 people with school campuses on both the north and south sides of town. Getting a class of 40 students from the south side of Mount Vernon to a field trip destination in the Bronx or lower Westchester on a yellow school bus is one option — but a charter bus or minibus from the network offers overhead storage for gear, onboard restrooms for longer drives, and climate control for late-spring trips when temperatures in Westchester climb quickly.
For university groups at the College of Mount Saint Vincent just south of the city line, a school event charter bus handles both day-trip runs and multi-day travel to conference sites. ADA-accessible vehicles are available through the network — mention it when you request your quote. Call 475-550-7200 to confirm vehicle availability for your school trip date.

Mount Vernon Sporting Event Transportation
Mount Vernon sports fans have three major stadiums within 25 miles: Yankee Stadium in the South Bronx, MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, and Citi Field in Queens. All three have game-day parking situations that punish groups arriving by car — Yankee Stadium's lots sell out for marquee games, MetLife's preferred lots require advance purchase and sit nearly a mile from the gate, and Citi Field's parking on a Saturday afternoon generates a backup on the Van Wyck Expressway that starts before first pitch.
A Mount Vernon sporting event bus rental drops the group at the stadium entrance and has a confirmed pickup location ready for the postgame exit, which is exactly when rideshare demand spikes. The Yankee Stadium bus rental guide covers the specific lots and drop-off zones for charter vehicles. Call 475-550-7200 to get pricing for your game date.

Mount Vernon Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Wedding venues serving Mount Vernon couples are scattered across southern Westchester — Tuckahoe, New Rochelle, Pelham, and up into White Plains — and most guests coming from the city are renting cars or depending on a Metro-North connection that does not run late enough to cover a 10pm last dance. A Mount Vernon wedding shuttle bus solves the return-trip problem that every out-of-town wedding guest dreads: it shows up at the venue when the reception ends and delivers everyone back to their hotel block without anyone navigating the Hutchinson River Parkway at midnight.
A 14-passenger Sprinter limo is the standard pick for the wedding party on the ceremony day itself, running a clean loop between the hotel, the ceremony venue, and the reception space. A minibus handles the guest shuttle loop at a lower per-head cost. Call 475-550-7200 to get both quoted for your wedding date at once.

Mount Vernon Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
The Hudson Valley wine region starts roughly 50 miles north of Mount Vernon — wineries like Brotherhood Winery in Washingtonville and the cluster of tasting rooms along Route 9W in the Highlands are a comfortable charter bus ride up the Taconic State Parkway. A group of 30 splitting into eight cars for that same drive, then navigating narrow winery parking lots and reversing the trip after a full afternoon of tastings, is a different experience entirely.
A Mount Vernon winery tour bus rental keeps the itinerary flexible — you decide which stops, how long you stay, and when you head back. The bus parks while the group tours, and no one is calculating how much they can have before the drive home. For pub crawl nights staying closer to Mount Vernon and the Bronx, a 20- or 25-passenger party bus runs the local circuit without any of the parking calculations.
Call 475-550-7200 for a same-day quote.

How much does a party bus cost in Mount Vernon?
Party bus rental prices in Mount Vernon vary based on vehicle size, the day of the week, and how many hours you need. As a planning reference, a 25-passenger party bus typically runs $250–$350 per hour on weekdays and $275–$375 per hour on weekends. A minibus runs $200–$250 weekdays and $200–$275 on weekends.
These are planning ranges — the real number for your exact date comes back in about a minute when you call 475-550-7200 or fill out the online form.
How far is Mount Vernon from Yankee Stadium, and does a bus make sense for that trip?
Yankee Stadium in the South Bronx is roughly 5 miles from central Mount Vernon — about 15 minutes by car under normal conditions, and 45 minutes in game-day traffic on the Major Deegan Expressway (I-87). Stadium lots for marquee Yankees games sell out in advance, and rideshare demand spikes sharply after the final out. A charter bus drops your group at the stadium entrance on the approach the venue designates for commercial vehicles and has a confirmed pickup point for the postgame exit.
For a group of 20, the per-person math on a charter bus often comes out close to what four or five Ubers would cost — before surge pricing.
What is the best vehicle for a wedding guest shuttle in Mount Vernon?
For a wedding guest shuttle running between a Mount Vernon hotel block and a Westchester venue, a 15–35-passenger minibus is usually the best fit. It is maneuverable enough for the narrow approach roads at many historic Westchester venue properties, and the hourly rate runs $200–$275 on weekdays and $200–$275 on weekends. For the wedding party itself on the ceremony day, a 14-passenger Sprinter limo handles the smaller group with a more formal vehicle profile.
Both can be quoted at the same time by calling 475-550-7200.
Can a charter bus get from Mount Vernon to Hudson Valley wineries in one day?
Yes — the Taconic State Parkway runs north from Westchester County directly into the Hudson Valley, and the drive from Mount Vernon to the main winery cluster near Marlboro and Washingtonville runs roughly 75–90 minutes in normal traffic. A 40–56-passenger charter bus handles that route comfortably with onboard restrooms, which matters on a four- to six-hour winery day. The bus parks at each property while the group tours — most Hudson Valley wineries have designated lot space for oversized vehicles, though it is worth confirming ahead of time for smaller estate properties.
Does the Metro-North New Haven Line serve Mount Vernon, and does that affect when I should book a bus?
Mount Vernon has two Metro-North stops — Mount Vernon East on the New Haven Line and Mount Vernon West on the Harlem Line. Both connect into Grand Central Terminal in Manhattan, which is useful for guests commuting in for an event. However, Metro-North's last trains out of Grand Central for Westchester typically run before midnight on weeknights and slightly later on weekends — which means any event running past 11pm in Manhattan leaves out-of-town guests stranded without a prearranged return option.
A charter bus or party bus with a confirmed departure time from the venue solves the last-train problem entirely. Book as soon as your event date is set; weekend nights in Westchester fill out several weeks ahead.
How far in advance should I book?
For most events in Mount Vernon, booking four to eight weeks out gives you solid vehicle selection and competitive pricing. For prom (late April–May), book by January — Westchester County prom season compresses into roughly six weekends, and available party buses are spoken for early. For New Year's Eve and Labor Day weekend, two to three months of lead time is the safe play.
The earlier the date is confirmed, the more options you have. Call 475-550-7200 as soon as your headcount is set.
Popular Mount Vernon Party Bus Destinations
Mount Vernon's location — one mile from the Bronx, 15 miles from Midtown Manhattan, and deep in southern Westchester County — puts a remarkable range of destinations within easy reach of a single bus. Here are six of the most popular stops for Mount Vernon group trips.

Yankee Stadium
Yankee Stadium (1 E 161st St, Bronx, NY 10451) seats 54,251 and hosts Yankees games from April through October, plus stadium-level concerts throughout the summer. From central Mount Vernon, the route south on the Bronx River Parkway to the Major Deegan Expressway (I-87) runs about 5 miles — manageable on a normal Tuesday, genuinely slow on a Saturday afternoon sellout. Charter bus drop-off follows the stadium's commercial vehicle approach; the Yankee Stadium bus rental guide covers the specific lot designations and drop-off logistics in detail.
Postgame rideshare demand in the lots off River Avenue is intense for any game over 40,000 attendance — a confirmed charter bus pickup point is the cleaner exit. Check the official Yankees transportation page for current approach and parking guidance before your visit. Phone: (718) 293-4300

Madison Square Garden
Madison Square Garden (4 Pennsylvania Plaza, New York, NY 10001) is 22 miles from Mount Vernon — about 40 minutes in light traffic on I-87 South, closer to 75 minutes on a Friday evening. MSG hosts Knicks and Rangers games plus a constant rotation of major concerts, and the Pennsylvania Station corridor around 7th Avenue and 33rd Street generates some of the densest pedestrian and vehicle traffic in Manhattan on event nights. Charter buses serving MSG typically use designated commercial drop-off lanes near the venue's Eighth Avenue entrance, and the MSG bus rental guide covers the specifics.
There is no practical curbside parking at Madison Square Garden for private vehicles — a charter bus that stages in a nearby commercial lot and returns to pick up the group at a set time is the operationally sound choice. Phone: (212) 465-6741

City Island, The Bronx
City Island (City Island Ave, Bronx, NY 10464) is a 230-acre island in Long Island Sound connected to the mainland by a single drawbridge, and it is one of the most popular group dining destinations in the New York metro area — the main strip runs about a mile long, lined with seafood restaurants that fill completely on summer weekend nights. The bridge approach on City Island Road becomes genuinely congested on warm-weather Friday and Saturday evenings, and street parking on the island runs out by 7pm in July and August. A party bus drops your group at the restaurant entrance, stages somewhere along the return side of the avenue, and picks everyone up without the parking calculation.
From central Mount Vernon, City Island is roughly 7 miles southeast via the Pelham Parkway — a fast run on a weeknight, a slower one on a summer weekend. No central booking line; individual restaurant reservations required.

Palace Theatre Stamford
The Palace Theatre in Stamford (61 Atlantic St, Stamford, CT 06901) sits about 25 miles northeast of Mount Vernon on I-95 North and hosts Broadway touring productions, concerts, and comedy shows throughout the year. Atlantic Street in downtown Stamford has metered parking that expires at 8pm, and the nearby parking garages — the Atlantic Street Garage and the Main Street Garage — charge event-night rates that vary. For a group of 20 or more driving up from Mount Vernon for a show, coordinating parking across four or five cars in an unfamiliar downtown adds a layer of complexity the night does not need.
A charter bus or minibus drops the group at the theatre entrance on Atlantic Street and returns for the post-show pickup. Phone: (203) 325-4466

Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza (via Day Trip)
For concert nights and boxing events at a venue beyond Westchester's reach, Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, Connecticut draws Mount Vernon groups regularly — it is about 115 miles northeast of the city, roughly a two-hour charter bus ride on I-95 North. The casino resort has on-site parking for personal vehicles, but driving a group of 30 there and back on a Saturday night after a stadium-level show is a different calculation than arriving by charter bus. The bus stages in the casino's commercial vehicle area while the group is inside and returns on a confirmed schedule.
Booking well in advance is especially important for UFC fight cards and sold-out concert weekends, when rooms and transportation across the region book out simultaneously.

Kensico Dam Plaza, Valhalla
Kensico Dam Plaza (1 Bronx River Pkwy, Valhalla, NY 10595) is a Westchester County park at the base of the 307-foot Kensico Dam, about 12 miles north of Mount Vernon on the Bronx River Parkway. The plaza hosts the annual Westchester Hispanic Heritage Month Festival each September, the Westchester Asian Food Festival, summer concert series, and large private events in its open-air grounds. Parking at the plaza is free but limited on major event days — the lot fills before midday for the bigger festivals, and the Bronx River Parkway approach backs up significantly.
A charter bus runs your group from Mount Vernon straight to the plaza entrance, bypassing the parking search entirely. For school groups, it is a common field trip destination given its proximity. Check the official Westchester County Parks page for current event schedules.
